Glatzová & Co. law office provided comprehensive legal advice to Bohemia Properties, the operator of the Jan Hotels network in the Czech Republic, regarding the sale of land in Prague to the Daramis real estate group. Daramis, which is engaged in the long term in the purchase, construction and management of residential and investment properties, plans to build a residential project on the land. This transaction, worth several hundred million Czech crowns, included especially negotiating and setting the transaction schedule, the security arrangements and individual aspects of a long-term cooperation in the pursuit of the residential housing project.
